This Privacy Policy explains how ZJIA Game handles information when you use Cicada Promise (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to this policy.

Information We Store on Your Device

The App stores your story progress, chapter stars, unlocked endings, and music preference locally on your device. This information is used only to provide gameplay features. It is not sent to ZJIA Game by the App.

Advertising and Device Information

The App may display rewarded advertisements. Advertising providers may process device identifiers, IP address, device information, advertising data, and ad interaction data to deliver, limit, measure, or improve advertisements. Where required by law, the App will request permission before allowing tracking across apps and websites. You can change tracking permissions at any time in your device settings.

How Information Is Used

Local gameplay data is used to restore your progress and preferences. Advertising-related information is used by advertising providers for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, measurement, and, where permitted, personalization.

Data Sharing

ZJIA Game does not sell your personal information. Information processed for advertising may be handled by the advertising providers that serve ads in the App, subject to their own privacy policies and applicable law.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their country. If you believe a child has provided personal information through an advertisement, please contact the relevant advertising provider or use the support contact listed on the App Store page.

Data Retention and Your Choices

You can reset local story data from the App's Settings screen. Deleting the App may remove local data stored by the App. For advertising controls, use your device's privacy and advertising settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the App, its advertising services, or applicable law. The current version will be posted at this page with an updated effective date.
